I am 1 week in and down 2lbs so far! I will update as the weeks go on but so far so good! I take 2 pills in the morning, afternoon & night before meals (6 pills total). I have also started the gym (3x week) and have cut back on my snacking (because I am a huge snacker!) along with trying to eat a little healthier. I am NOT the type of person where I will starve myself and be miserable with some crazy diet lol. I need something to help along the way of my journey to creating better eating habits! So far I haven't noticed any bad side effects at all. I have noticed a small decrease in appetite. Pills are large but easy to swallow. Pills don't seem to have any weird smell or taste. I'm excited and going to stick with this for awhile to see how much it will benefit me

I am telling the truth...I do not write reviews about diet supplements because since I was in my twenties, I am now, 56. I have not found one that actually works. I am also NOT GETTING COMPENSATED AT ALL for trying this product or reviewing it! After all the FAKE BOGUS Keto ads that pop up on my phone, I was really skeptical about trying this.. I am more than pleased with this product! I started using this product a month ago. I have been eating fairly well. I eat fruits, veggies, smoothies and I cheat. I stopped eating fried foods, but that isn't a stretch because I don't eat hardly anyway. So here we are a month later, taking two capsules a day in the morning and I have gone down a dress size!! I am not kidding, lying, fabricating this. I have been trying to lose weight for over a year....closer to two. I have the metabolism of a two-toed sloth! Menopause has not helped. I have lost 12 lbs! I have more to go, but trust me this is a HUGE VICTORY. I drink water all day, that also is not new. I am also NOT WORKING OUT, but that is about to change! I have more energy than before. Not running a marathon by any stretch, but the energy, plus the motivation of FINALLY LOSING WEIGHT after all this time has kicked started the urge to get healthy. Oh and big bonus....my husband started telling me a couple of weeks ago that he could tell I am losing weight in my behind! Ladies....for those of us with ample bums and hips, you know this is huge!! This morning he noticed my stomach is smaller and so are my hips. He is right. I tried on my jean shorts and they are loose. Like I can go to the next size down! I have been sitting at a high size 14, looking a size 16 in the face. Now I am looking at a size 12.

If you’re looking for a pill to take to loose weight this stuff works!!!!!

I love to eat!!! I love to snack!!! Over the last 3 years I managed to put on 20 lbs. I was still active and I still worked out but I always went back for seconds and thirds. I couldn’t push the plate away and gained 20lbs as a result.

Well I bought these and I take 2 in the morning and drink water. I take 2 at noon and 2 more around 5. These pills actually curb my appetite big time!!! So I still work out but now I’ve lost about 10 lbs. the only difference is the pills. I don’t snack.

I don’t eat until around 11 am. I don’t snack all day either now. These pills help me to eat only when I’m hungry where as before I would eat when the clock said it was time….and I would eat because I saw food. I hope this helps.

Update: I’ve lost 20lbs in 2 months. Nuff said!
