Not a paid or fake review at all. Just a normal person hoping to decrease hair shedding and thinning. I have always had long, fine hair. I am now 31 and have noticed more shedding than I would like, and my part is not as thick as it once was. I searched high and low for a product that was safe and I think this may be it. I have noticed less shedding when washing or brushing. My hair seems longer as well and people have noticed. I also noticed baby hairs are filling in, so overall I am happy with the results. Realistically these things take time, so I am hopeful that by spring I will see even more results. Also, the pills never make me nauseous or sick at all.
