There are two ways to make it: You can either use the ready-made protein powder with any fruit shake or make a complete organic protein shake by yourself, without that powder. Here are 3 recipes that will help you with your diet plan:
Recipe 1
Simple Banana Protein Shake (without protein powder)
Ingredients:

1 raw egg

1 1/2 cups whole milk

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp cocoa powder

4 bananas

2 dates

1 small bowl of ice
Instructions: Mix them all well in the blender and enjoy 30 g of all-natural protein shake

Chocolate Protein Shake (with protein powder)
Ingredients:

1 large banana

2–3 large ice cubes

1 cup of milk

1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

A pinch of sea salt

1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
